Avocado, Banana & Low Fat Yogurt Smoothie

(For 2 People)

2 Peeled Bananas

1 Avocado

125g Low Fat Greek Yogurt (‘Total 0% Fat’ works best, also quantity depends on your preference)

2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar (to sweeten the taste)

When ready, blend together and voila! a breakfast which keeps you full and energised for at least 2 hours!
